Angelus To Visit Tennessee and North Carolina in June

Angelus is planning a summer tour to the Carolina’s during June of 2017.

Angelus has performed over eighty-five concerts in sixteen states including concerts in cathedrals and churches in Asheville, Charleston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, New York, San Francisco, St. Paul and St. Louis. Their recordings have been featured on “Celtic Connections” on National Public Radio, Minnesota Public Radio and in Europe on the Dutch program, “Song from Ireland”. In April 2016, they were featured performers in Christopher Tin’s “Calling All Dawns” at David Geffen Hall (Lincoln Center, NYC). In November of 2016 they they performed a joint recital with Jacqueline Horner-Kwiatek of Anonymous 4.

Concerts are scheduled for St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church (Kingsport, TN) on June 5, St. Luke’s UMC (Hickory, NC) on June 6. St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church (Hillsborough, NC) on June 7* , Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd (Asheboro, NC) on June 8 , Emmanuel Episcopal Church (Southern Pines, NC) on June 9 and St. Paul’s Episcopal Church (Wilmington, NC) on June 10.


All concerts begin at 7:00pm (unless otherwise noted) and are free and open to the public. A free will offering will be received and the ensembles CD’s will be available for purchase.
